The Colorado Health Foundation works to improve the health of Coloradans, using grantmaking, policy advocacy, strategic private investments, convening and capacity building to drive lasting change. From time to time, the Foundation issues open requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for qualifications (RFQs) to ensure we remain open to new ideas and new partnerships.
